4th Tranche Salary Increase, Unfair nga ba sa Mababang Posisyon?



As the release of the 4th tranche of salary standardization law for government employees is yet to come, it has been denounced that the increase for each salary grade is obviously unfair for those who are in lower ranks or positions.


It was even televised comparing the salary increase for teacher 1 against master teacher 5 which will literally show a huge difference.


Take a look at the salary table under the 4th tranche of SSL. Spot the increase on a monthly basis and its increase percentage. This has been the reason why there were complaints against this and fighting for the across the board increase to make it just and fair instead.

  1. i do not know if this will reach the proper authorities but i'll just try. A head teacher handles department or school, a master teacher handles a class room/s. A master teacher is under a head teacher, a master teacher handles teachers who are also under the head teacher. HT1 is SG 13, MT1 is SG 18, HT functions as principal/ school head, MT assists principal and head to no one . Why sg13 and sg18, any logic?

Will for me hindi unfair yan kasi pinaghirapan din nman yan ng mga taong nasa mataas na posisyon para lamang marating nila yan.kung gusto mong lumaki din sahod mo eh di magsumikap ka rin para tumaas rank mo huwag tatamad tamad.mas unfair kung bagong pasok kalang na teacher eh magsasahod kna ng 40k samantalang yong iba 20 years na ganon pa rin ang sahod diba? Kahit kailan nman hindi laging fair ang ating lipunan nasa ating pagtitiyaga at pagsisikap lamang yan.god bless us..
