    2. if you want to give your child a disadvantage just because you dont know how to teach them how to use tech in a positive manner, that is your right. wag mo na isama anak ng ibang pilipino. ung tech like cellphone and internet is the great equalizer in terms of education.

    1. That's hard because a lot of students uses their phones to contact their parents in case of family things. And for the ones that don't have money to buy books, they just take pictures from their classmate's books so that they will have something to copy.

  7. absolute no using of cell phones sana within the school, kung may emergency they can ask the teacher to call their parents and parents can also contact the teacher/adviser for emergency purposes.....one of the reason why the students are not listening during class discussion kasi may sarili silang discussion sa group chat or other apps..... and I have also notice during their vacant time instead na mag advance reading sa notes for next subject mas inuuna pa nila ang paglalaro or use of social media apps..madalas walang papel at ballpen ang studyante subalit naka GOSURF or SURFMAX ang cellphones nila........

  9. New technology has a positive and negative effect, but prohibiting the use of cellphones during class hour is a pisitive way to descipline our children in school. I would rather agree on this, because during ancient times we don’t have advance technologies but the families, children, friends teachers and relatives tried their best to maintain good relationship and active communication. It is with in us, on how we deal with the changes, in 2020 advance technologies becomes more dangerous, new inventions and more aps to explore are coming like a waves, Not only children will be affected by this, but as well as adults, we cannot control our kids mind most of the time, mo matter how will you impose positive use of gadgets, influence from peers and other people will always affect them. So its better to prevent it before it will happen. All of us cares about our children, in case of emergency? Contact the teacher, in that way we develope a more positive relationship with the teacher. But fir the Dep-ed and teachers? Please make sure to develop a good strategies on how to implement this in school, especially if you don’t have the guard to watch over the children in school. I would suggest also that you need to check the bags of the student upon enetring the classroom on their first subject to make sure that all is fair..thank you. This is my opinion and i believe i am entitled for it. Advance happy new year.

  10. The teacher can collect the phones and return them after school hours. In case of emergency, the phone ringing can be attended by the teacher and act accordingly if its really emergency. Ways can be agreed upon by the parents and the school authorities.

  11. I do not prohibit my students as to where and when do they need to use their cellphones. Their use of cellphones on the other hand never affects me and my way of teaching, but my students, in their own volition, they prohibit themselves from cellphones and other distractions during my class. As an artist teacher, I beielve theyvfind me more interesting than their phones.

  12. Pero hindi naman kami gumagamit ng cellphone during hour class ehh ginagamit lang namin to pag vacant time pero hindi maiwasan ang pag gamit ng cp during hour class dahil may problema or malaman ng magulang kasi minsan ang magulang nagtatanong kaya nireplyan lang namin ganun yun kung bakit namin ginamit ang cp during hour class pero sinisigurado namin na hindi yun nakakaistorbo sa teacher's

  13. Dapat yung phone hindi kinoconfiscate. Why? Maybe there's an accident and the teacher is away from the faculty or its locked. Edi hindi na nila makukuha yun kasi mageevacuate na sila. Pano na nila makocontact yung parents nila? Yung iba panamang students or teachers di memorize yung number ng parents.
