Teachers can teach better when clerical works become lesser

"Less paperwork and take-home work, more time for teaching", this is the mantra of most teachers nowadays as they are tasked to do numerous reports and non-teaching duties. It seems like the teaching responsibility has been a secondary job for them since the list of those reports and non-teaching duties seems to be endless.

The main job of a teacher is to TEACH. And to teach means having a full time of teaching preparation and execution not to sacrifice those amount of minutes, hours, and even days attending there, doing that, going there, and passing that.

Come to think of those classes with a huge number of learners. Their teachers are practically challenged to face them daily and teach them properly. Now come these reports, paperwork, and non-teaching duties, what do you think will happen to those learners under such condition when their teachers are even more burdened with those kinds of stuff?

Reducing the non-teaching tasks and giving the teachers ample time to teach will surely produce quality education and functionally educated children.
